Bazı sonlu halkalar üzerinde devirli DNA kodlar

Abstract

Bu c¸alıs¸mada farklı halkalar uzerindeki devirli DNA kodlar incelenmis¸tir. Tezin ilk ¨ bol¨ um¨ unde, ¨ onceki c¸alıs¸malar, ikinci b ¨ ol¨ um¨ unde cebir, kodlama teorisi ve DNA ile ilgili ¨ temel tanım ve teoremler verilmis¸tir. Uc¸ ¨ unc ¨ u b ¨ ol¨ umde, ¨ Z4+uZ4+vZ4 ile adlandırılan sonlu halkanın uzerinde tanımlı devirli kodların yapısı, bu yapı ¨ uzerindeki devirli DNA kodların ¨ ins¸ası ve devirli DNA kodların DNA gor¨ unt ¨ uleri ile ilgili teorem ve sonuc¸lar derlenmis¸tir. ¨ Dord ¨ unc ¨ u b¨ ol¨ umde, ¨ u 2 = u, v 2 = v ve uv = vu olmak Z4+uZ4+vZ4+uvZ4 sonlu halkasının uzerinde tanımlı devirli kodların yapısı, bu yapı ¨ uzerindeki devirli DNA kodların ins¸ası ve ¨ devirli DNA kodların DNA gor¨ unt ¨ uleri ile ilgili teorem ve sonuc¸lar ispatlanmıs¸tır. Son ¨ bol¨ umde ise, gelecekte yapılacak aras¸tırmalar ic¸in bazı ¨ oneriler verilmis¸tir.In this study, cyclic DNA codes on different rings are examined. In the first section of the thesis, previous studies are given, and in the second section, basic definitions and theorems about algebra, coding theory and DNA are given. In the third section, the structure of cyclic codes defined on the finite ring called Z4 + uZ4 + vZ4, the cyclic codes on this structure, theorems and results regarding the construction of DNA codes and DNA images of cyclic DNA codes have been compiled. In the fourth section, u 2 = u, v 2 = v and uv = vu being Z4 +uZ4 +vZ4 +uvZ4 theorems and results about the structure of cyclic codes defined on a finite ring, the construction of cyclic DNA codes on this structure and the DNA images of cyclic DNA codes are proved. In the last section, it is given some recommendations for future exploration.
