Özet
Subcritical water extraction of Tribulus terrestris leaves and fruits was performed at 100 degrees C and 60 atm for 30 min. Chemical composition of volatile extracts was investigated. A simple lactone compound Loliolide (23,82%) was main components associated with 26 identified molecules which are mostly oxygenated compounds.
