On Poem Mecmua Numbered Yz. A 7521 in National Library of Turkey

Abstract

When mecmua is referred in Classic Turkish literature, poem mecmuas come forward, which are mostly gathered divan poem examples as well as they include texts concerning diverse departments and mostly of the time their editors not to be known. Within this tradition, a lot of mecmua prepared, have different speciality with regard to shape, content and language. Event hough this mecmuas, which are shaped according to their editors poem taste and preference, keep in the background other literary works, they hold significance for literary research. Because mecmuas have qualification of resource about matters such as detected of poets unnamed in tezkires and their poems detection not found in divans, revealed some indisponible studies and indicating their written period's poem taste etc. In this study, it is dwelled on that, numbered Yz. A 7521 in the National Library of Turkey, Mecmua-i E'ar's shape and content qualifications.
