Hatay / Ovakent Özbek Türklerinden derlenen atasözlerinde isim

Abstract

Bu çalışmada 1982 yılında savaştan kaçarak Pakistan'a giden ve Türkiye Cumhuriyeti'nin "İskânlı Göç" emriyle Türkiye'ye getirilerek Hatay'ın Ovakent bölgesine yerleşen Özbek Türklerinin günlük hayatta kullandıkları Özbek atasözlerini derleyip, atasözlerinde bulunan isimlerin isimden isim ve fiilden isim yapan yapım ekleri, isim çekim ve hâl eklerini incelendi. Konu üzerine kaynak taraması ve ön derleme çalışması yapıldı. 14 aylık derleme çalışmasının sonunda 1092 adet atasözü toplanarak bölgenin atasözü üzerinde zengin bir potansiyelinin olduğu görüldü. Çalışma "giriş, inceleme ve sonuç" 3 bölümden oluşmaktadır. Giriş bölümünde araşatırmanın konusu, önemi, sınırlılıkları ve araştırmada kullanılan yöntemler hakkında genel bilgiler verildi. Çalışmanın ikinci kısmı olan inceleme bölümünde Özbek Türklerinin adının menşei ve tarihsel gelişimi, Özbek Türklerinin dil ve ağız özellikleri, tarihsel gelişimi, Hatay / Ovakent bölgesi hakkında, Ovakent Özbeklerinin genel özellikleri ve tarihsel gelişimi, Ovakent Özbek Türklerinin dil, kültür ve ağız özellikleri ve gelişimi, Türk atasözlerinin menşei, atasözleri üzerine yapılan tanımlar ve çalışmalar, Türk ve Özbek atasözleri hakkında genel bilgiler kısaca verildi. Derlenen atasözlerinde bulunan sözcüklerde isimden isim, fiilde isim yapım ekleri, isim çekim ve hâl ekleri tespit edilerek verilmeye çalışıldı. Ekler hakkında Eski Türkçe dönem ve lehçelerinden mevcut kaynaklardan bilgi aktarıldı. Her ekle ilgili en az 4-5 örnek vermeye çalışıldı. Fakat atasözlerinde ve Özbek Türkçesinde bulunan bazı eklere ulaşamadığımız için örnek verilemedi. İncelenen metinde 10 tane ünlü ses vardır: "a, ä, å, e, ı, i, o, ö, u, ü" bunlardan "o – ö" ve "u – ü" seslerinin söylenişi birbirine yakındır. "a" sesinin ise düz (a), yarı yuvarlak (å) ve ön damağa yakın söylenen (ä) olmak üzere üç farklı söyleniş şekli vardır. Ayrıca hırıltılı "h" dediğimiz "x" sesi de "ḫ veya ḳ" olarak transkribe edilmiştir. Sonuç bölümünde atasözlerinde isimlere gelen yapım ve çekim ekleriyle ilgili tespitler aktarılmaya çalışıldı.

In this study, the derivational affixes that create nouns from nouns and nouns from verbs, the inflectional suffixes of noun and case suffixes, by compiling the Uzbek proverbs used in daily life by the Uzbek Turks, who went to Pakistan fled ding the war in 1982 and settled in the Ovakent region of Hatay being brought to Turkey by the order of the "Resident Migration" of the Republic of Turkey were examined. A literature review and pre-compilation study was carried out on the subject. At the end of the ten- mounts compilation study, 1092 proverbs were collected and it was seen that the region has a rich potential for proverbs. The study consists of "introduction, review and conclusion" 3 parts. In the introduction, general information about the subject of the research, its importance, limitations and the methods used in the research were given. In the review section, which is the second part of the study, the language and dialect characteristics of the Uzbek Turks, their historical development, about Hatay and the region of Ovakent, general characteristics and historical development of Uzbeks in Ovakent, the language, culture and dialect characteristics and development of the Uzbek Turks in Ovakent, the origin of Turkish proverbs, definitions and studies conducted on proverbs, information about Turkish and Uzbek proverbs were briefly given. In the second part of the study, in the review section, we tried to determine and give the suffixes that make nouns from the nouns and verbs, and the noun inflection and case suffixes in the words of the proverbs that were compiled. It was tried to convey information about affixes from the Old Turkish period, dialects and from the sources we have. We tried to give at least 4-5 examples related to each appendix. However, because we could not reach some of the suffixes in the Uzbek Turkish that we gave information about in the proverbs, examples could not be given. There are ten vowel sounds in the analyzed text: "a, ä, å, e, ı, i, o, ö, u, ü". Out of these, the pronunciation of "o - ö" and "u - ü" sounds are close to each other. The "a" sound, however, has three different pronunciations: flat (a), semi-round (å) and close to the front palate (ä). In addition, the "x" sound, which we call the wheezing "ḫ or ḳ", is also transcribed as "ḫ, ḳ". In the conclusion section, which is the last part, It was tried to convey the determinations about the suffixes that come to the noun words in the proverbs and the suffixes of production and inflection.
