Birinci Türk Ocakları Umûmî Kongresi zabıtlarının transkripsiyonu ve değerlendirilmesi

Abstract

Tez çalışması, Birinci Türk Ocakları Umumi Kongresi Zabıtlarının transkripsiyonu ve değerlendirmesini konu almaktadır. Buna bağlı olarak tez çalışması, transkripsiyon ve değerlendirme olmak üzere iki ana kısma ayrılmaktadır. Tez çalışmasının transkripsiyon kısmında, Birinci Türk Ocakları Umumi Kongresi Zabıtları, 1925'te basılan orijinal metne birebir sadık kalınarak transkribe edilmiş ve metinde yer alan Arapça ve Farsça kelimelerin imlası hususunda gerekli hassasiyet gösterilmiştir. Tez çalışmasının değerlendirme kısmında, Birinci Türk Ocakları Umumi Kongresi Zabıtları ışığında kongrede ele alınan konular, yaşanan tartışmalar ve alınan kararlar incelenmiştir. Bu inceleme sonucunda, Birinci Türk Ocakları Umumi Kongresi Zabıtlarının hem Türk Ocakları ve Türkçülük tarihi hem de Erken Cumhuriyet dönemi tarihi için önemli bilgiler sunduğu görülmüştür.

This thesis is about the transcription and evaluation of the official reports of the First Turkish Hearths General Congress. Accordingly, the thesis study is divided into two main parts: transcription and evaluation. In the transcription part of the thesis, the Official Reports of the First Turkish Hearths General Congress were transcribed by being faithful to the original text published in 1925 and the necessary sensitivity was shown regarding the spelling of Arabic and Persian words in the text. In the evaluation part of the thesis, in the light of the Official Reports of the First Turkish Hearths General Congress, the issues, discussions and decisions taken at the congress were analysed. As a result of this examination, it has been seen that the Official Reports of the First Turkish Hearths General Congress provide important information for both the history of Turkish Hearths and Turkism and the history of the Early Republican period.
