Web tabanlı uzaktan tarımsal mücadele ve danışmanlık uygulaması tasarlanması: Bir erken teşhis uyarı sistemi

Abstract

Çalışmanın amacı, Tarım 4.0 yaklaşımı içerisinde tarım teknolojilerinin ve tarımda teknoloji kullanımının yaygınlaşması konusunda geliştirilen Web Tabanlı Uzaktan Tarımsal Mücadele ve Danışmanlık Uygulaması'nın alanında uzman teknik personelle görüşmeler yaparak, uygulama ile ilgili ne gibi iyileştirmeler yapılması gerektiğini ortaya koymaya çalışmaktır. Bu bağlamda Adana İl Tarım ve Orman Müdürlüğü'nde görev yapmakta olan teknik personeller uygulamayı değerlendirmeye tabii tutulmuştur. Çalışma teori ve uygulama olmak üzere iki kısımdan oluşmaktadır. Teori kısmında literatür taramaları yapılmış olup, tarım danışmanlığı, akıllı tarım ve tarımda dijital teknolojilerin kullanımı ele alınmıştır. Araştırmanın evrenini Adana İl Tarım ve Orman Müdürlüğü'nde görev yapmakta olan 10 teknik personel oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmada veriler, demografik bilgileri ölçmeye yönelik 4 sorudan ve uzman görüşleri alınarak hazırlanmış olan, uygulama ile ilgili teknik personelin görüşlerini ölçmeye yönelik 7 ana başlıktan ve 28 alt başlıktan oluşan nitel sorudan oluşan form aracılığıyla toplanmıştır. Uygulama Python programlama dili ile geliştirilmiş ve veriler Nvivo 12 programı ile analiz edilmiştir. Yapılan analiz sonucunda web tabanlı tarımsal mücadele ve danışmanlık uygulamasının teknik personeller açısından geliştirilmesinin uygun olduğu, arayüz tasarımının iyileştirilmesi gerektiği, tarımda teknoloji kullanımının yaygınlaştırılması açısından pozitif katkı sağlayacağı sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.

The aim of the study is to try to reveal what improvements should be made regarding the application of the Web-Based Remote Agricultural Struggle and Counseling Application, which was developed for the widespread use of agricultural technologies and technology in agriculture within the Agriculture 4.0 approach, by interviewing expert technical personnel. In this context, the technical personnel working in Adana Provincial Directorate of Agriculture and Forestry were evaluated for the application. The study consists of two parts: theory and practice. In the theory part, literature review has been made and agricultural consultancy, smart agriculture and the use of digital technologies in agriculture have been discussed. The universe of the research consists of 10 technical personnel working in Adana Provincial Directorate of Agriculture and Forestry. In the research, data were collected through a form consisting of 4 questions to measure demographic information and a qualitative question consisting of 7 main titles and 28 sub-titles to measure the opinions of technical personnel about the application, which was prepared by taking expert opinions. The application was developed with the Python programming language and the data were analyzed with the Nvivo 12 program. As a result of the analysis, it was concluded that it is appropriate to develop web-based agricultural control and consultancy application in terms of technical personnel, the interface design should be improved, and it will contribute positively to the dissemination of technology use in agriculture.
