Osmaniye bölgesinde Weibull parametrelerinin altı farklı yöntemle hesaplanması ve hata analizlerinin yapılması

Abstract

Bu çalışmada Osmaniye bölgesinde rüzgar enerjisi potansiyelini belirlemek için rüzgar hız verileri incelenmiştir. Bu bölgenin ortalama rüzgar enerjisi potansiyelini belirlemek için Weibull dağılım fonksiyonu kullanılmıştır. Bu dağılım fonksiyonunun katsayıları bulunarak seçilen bölgeninin ortalama rüzgar hız değeri ve ortalama rüzgar güç değerleri tahmin edilmiştir. Tahmin edilen bu değer 2013 ve 2018 yılları arasında meteorolojiden alınan rüzgar hız dataları kullanılarak hesaplanan gerçek ortalama rüzgar hızı ve ortalama rüzgar gücü değerleri ile karşılaştırılmıştır. Seçilen bölge için Weibull dağılım fonksiyonunun katsayıları altı farklı metod kullanılarak hesaplanmıştır. Bu çalışmada weibull dağılım foksiyonunun katsayılarını belirlemek i.in kullanılan metodlar; Grafik Metodu, Moment Metodu, Emprical Method, Maksimum Olabilirlik Metodu, Enerji Eğilim Metodu ve Enerji Pattern Metodu. Bu bölge için kullanılan bu metodların performansları üç farklı istatistiksel hata analizi testi kullanılarak incelenmiştir. Hata analizi test sonuçları genel olarak değerlendirilip bu bölgede en iyi performansı gösteren metod belirlenmiştir. Elde edilen sonuçlara göre moment, enerji pattern ve emprical metodları bu bölgede en iyi performansı göstermiştir. Yapılan bu çalışma bu bölgenin rüzgar enerjisi potansiyelini belirlemede çok önemli bir ön çalışma olacaktır. In this study, wind speed data were investigated in order to determine wind energy potential in Osmaniye region. Weibull distribution function was used to determine the average wind energy potential of this region. The mean wind speed and mean wind power values of the selected region were estimated by calculating the coefficients of this distribution function. This estimated value was compared with the actual average wind speed and average wind power values calculated using the wind speed data obtained from the meteorology between 2013 and 2018. The coefficients of the Weibull distribution function for the selected region were calculated using six different methods. In this study, the methods used to determine the coefficients of the Weibull distribution function; Graphical Method, Moment Method, Emprical Method, Maximum Likelihood Method, Energy Trend Method and Energy Pattern Method, performans. The performances of these methods used for this region were examined using three different statistical error analysis tests. Error analysis test results were evaluated in general and the best performing method was determined in this region. According to the results, Moment Method, Emprical Method, Energy Pattern Method methods showed the best performance in this region. This study will be a very important preliminary study in determining the wind energy potential of this region.
